The worst storage ever, staff was rude, cursing at customer, a racist. I've never been treated so bad verbally by a buisness. I felt threatened, also how do ppl get away with these kind of bad buisness attitudes. Should be fired an not working with customers on a verbal basis. It was a black man that was so abusive. Hope they get sued an he gets fired.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SREVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. UNHELPFUL. APPARENTLY MY BUSINESS WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THEM. DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR OF RECONSIDERING YOUR STORAGE OPTIONS.
The staff is unbelievable! First, I spoke with Cherie from the reservation center. You could hear her smile over the phone. She was very helpful and found a facility to meet my needs. Next, I had the MOST pleasant experience Ms. Jonnie. What a wonderful person! I cannot remember the last time I had such a genuinely good customer service experience. She made sure we got the lot that was right for our needs. But it was so much more than that. Every single person (customer, employee, contractor, postman) that walked in or was in the yard was treated friendly, respectfully, and responsibly. Regardless of the type of company, it is the people that really make the impression. I could go on, but you should go check it out for yourself!
