They don't give any type of receipt for drop offs on any labels you have that are prepaid. so drop things off here at your own risk. It's an old dusty place I didn't take any chances, go to a USPS location.
Staff was pretty rude and the line was long at lunch. I ended up leaving because the customer service rep was attempting to help someone Rent-A-Car from them and could not get it sorted even though there was a line for people trying to ship things. They could probably use some more staff especially at lunch rush which was 4 people and the one person was at capacity. Waited 10 minutes and finally walked out.

By far the worst coustomer service I've ever seen. They need to fire the boy up front. He was very rude and unpleasant. And refused to give me a receipt. And charged me for taping up a pre paid package and didn't give me a receipt for that either. Probably pocketed the money. They should just close this place down smells bad too.
