I have not had this bad of service at this store in the past, but this was over the top; hence it gets written here.

They have a wide variety of food for your pet. This location, although large in appearance is one of the smaller ones. Every once in a while, I have to go to another Pet Supermarket (because they didn't have what I needed. However, it only happens for a special type of cat litter that I use). The staff at this location are the nicest (to me). They are always friendly and will let you know when something is coming in (if they don't have it in the store). It's in my neighborhood and I go there often.

Whomever hired this bearded young manager should really think about training him.

Finally, the cashier got the troubles figured out, and rang up the lady who was waiting so long. My turn was next. The manager came back at that point, and I let him know that he made all five customers pretty unhappy by taking a phone call instead of assisting people who have been waiting so long.

Always friendly and clean. Great prices and selection

Ths sales people were very helpful. I have a new maltipoo, 3 months old.

I had 3 big bags cat and dog food, also cat litter and no one asked to help bring it to the car for me. Was interested in price for a large same brand food, but no price displayed. I think this is one of the worst Pet Supermarkets around. Not the first bad experiences either.

After a bit, the manager was brought forward from the back. I think the cashier tried to tell him that there was a phone call waiting but that the frustrated customers in the line needed help, or he was going to ask the manager for help himself with the lady who had been stuck there with him for what had to have been eight minutes at that point. Instead, the manager heard that there was a phone call, grabbed it and didn't listen to anything else the cashier had to say. The manager then walked away, talking to somebody on the phone who was not there buying any product. Everybody in the line was flabbergasted, to say the least.

Just left the store - The manager there absolutely would not come forward to help the only person at the registers who kept a woman hostage for 10 minutes while he tried to figure out the cash register. His coworker kept calling for him, but he would not come up. Finally a lady at the end of the line who was waiting throughout a lot of this went to find somebody to help the stuck cashier with either the register or by ringing the other four people up in line.

His response? "Well, somebody has to wait."
