Service was good. However, they do not prorate their monthly cost of when you have the container. So even though we only had the container for 2 days out of the month we still ended up having to pay the entire $180. Also you will be charged a fee every time they drop off/pick up the container.
They told my they would pick my pod up on 4/4/17 but never called, I had to call them and the driver called my and told me he was on his way but he never showed up and never called, so I called back and they tried to up sell me 50$ to have it picked up with a time slot, she never tried to resolve the problem just tried to sell, now they can't pick up till 4/6/17 and I have to park my car on the street because of this ugly pod in my spot, I will not be using this company anymore.
The service and punctuality was good, we were satisfied until our credit card got hit for $700.00 more than they originally quoted.
This company will take your money and give you no service. Move your container without even noticing you, you can never get your container that you pay for when you ask for it. If I start listing all the bad experiences and what they are not doing right it will take years
