The WOREST movie theater I’ve ever been in!!! No one is at the walk up counter (to purchase tickets). There were no signs are anything to notify customers to come inside to purchase tickets. I finally walk inside the building to the first counter and again....no one is there! I see two guys at the concession stand, instead of them acknowledging me and to let me know that you have to purchase tickets at the concession stand they just stand there talking....LOOKING RIGHT AT ME THE WHOLE TIME!!! I finally walk up and asked them if they didn’t see me stand there and one of the guys replied that they didn’t see me. Really sir?!?.....you have on glasses and you didn’t see me! The concession stand only faces one way.....the entrance doors!!!
Movie says it starts at 2:20pm....it’s after that time and the screen is blank. I go back to the gentleman and let him know that the screen is blank and it’s after it’s showtime time. He’s reply was “oh we’re having 5 minutes delay today.” Sooooooo, that wasn’t something to inform me when I purchased my ticket?!? Again, I will NEVER come to this movie theater again....EVER!!!!!
DBox are a fun way to watch a movie.

I'll start by saying this movie theater was recently bought out and even the employees say that the owners and managers are terrible. I can blame a single employee here. This is poor ownership and management. On many occasions they always drop the ball. I'm actually sitting in an empty theater now waiting for the movie to start. Which should have been 15 minutes ago. Last week I tried to bring my son to see a movie and it was cash only because the credit card machine was broken. A month ago at was the Ac that was broken, nothing worse than trying to watch a movie when it 80 degrees in the building. Oh and by the way why do you charge the nearly full price for a one year old child. Literally $7.90 as opposed to $8.15. Oh and guess what it's been 20 minutes now and still the movie hasn't started. The only reason I will be back is because I live across the street.
I'll end by saying please sell the movie theater to someone who can run it properly.
The regular seats are so low it is hard for me to get up because of my knees. SO MANY of their WONDERFUL employees have helped me up. I say it EVERY time. This place has the BEST EMPLOYEES. SO kind. SO sweet. I love coming here!
Worst seats in the industry, sound volume is unbearable. Prices are way out of control. No wonder why Netflix is killing this type of business.
