Don't know much about the health center but I went here for a Birth Certificate....worst decision ever. I called the day before to verify the hours being that it's between two holiday's they told me they opened at 8am got there and there was a sign saying they open at 12pm. i left and came back at 11:55... They had only one person working and they called one person who sat at the window for nearly an hour. I left and went to the Ft Lauderdale (SR-84) location and I was in and out in 5 minutes.
Never have to wait more than 10 minutes. It's fast and I'm in and out! Most time I spent in here was about 25 minutes.
Employees don't care. They are using their phones. They continue to tell everyone they will be called next. I've been waiting for two hours even though I was the third person to arrive. Avoid this place at all costs.
The pharmacy is very efficient and you never seem to wait more than a few minutes for your prescriptions. Definitely recommend over the main Health Dept offices and their pharmacy.
Came in for a birth certificate at 6:15 and was done in 5 minutes.
