Stopped in for a couple t-shirts today and received amazing customer from Orlando in the mens department. Reminds me why like Macys over some other dept stores.

Bad customer service, pesky store ASS/ociate felt like emphasizing the store will close in an hour to make me feel like I should rush, will not get my business.
