Do not use a credit card. The machine got $ 10 more from my card. And I can not find any email or website to contact.
The automatic carwash machine steal my credit cards 2 times! Do not use credit card to purchase automatic carwash service. I did it twice and after this my credit cards have been charged in other state Maryland gas stations and vending service. First time, I was suspecting this happens but 2nd time now I am sure. Obviously they have a virus or gap in their computer system or the machine might be scanning card as I swipe it so your credit card number get sent to be used in fraud. Since this is 2nd it happened, I am reporting this to the police.
They do a great job!
Had an okay experience. The timers are unreasonably short. Could have saved a substantial amount of money considering the amount of time spent going back and forth adding more and more money.
This has to be the worst car wash I've ever been through. While i was only looking for a quick and cheap wash, while waiting in line, I talked myself into spending the extra money for the "works" which includes the hot carnauba wax. Upon exiting the wash, I pulled into a nearby parking spot to check things out and to my surprise there are splatters of a year like greasy substance all over my var from front to back. For $15 my car came out looking worse than it did going in! I chose this place due to the good reviews, but there is no way I would ever come back here again. Nor could I recommend this place to anyone.
