Jim's Auto Repair is a gem in a world of sketchy and unreliable garages. Bob and his team went above and beyond to deliver unparalleled customer service. My initial visit was out of necessity, and everything was done to fix my car up quickly and at the best possible price. When I later discovered on my way home that a bad part had been unknowingly installed, Bob immediately paid to have my car towed back from Palm Beach and a new part installed all at no extra expense to me. I left feeling as if I were taken care of as family. You will not find a more honest and hard working place to which to take your vehicle.
