We called again because not we needed Roadside Assistant and they said that they would be a fee for roadside assistant so we went ahead and changed the tire ourselves. They gave us a record locator number that would excuses for being late to return our vehicle. We called the location and spoke to a manager and he informed us that as long as we're there by 6 o'clock we would be okay.
Everyone knows buying a car is stressful & can be time consuming so forth and so on.. Also car dealerships can be hit or miss. Well I have found the perfect place to start (7 dealerships later) I found working with Mr.Robert Sellari at Hertz Car Sales, branch: 1000 S Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL was the the best sales agent I have found ever. I recommend popping in to meet him first. This will save you time and money etc and you see what I saw.
If we brought it to a mechanic it is not guaranteed that we would be reimbursed. We we're also told that sometimes a light comes on because the mechanics forget to reset it after they do the oil change.

Last weekend we rented a vehicle from one of your location 2741 N Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL 33064. While on our trip we noticed that the car was making a strange noise. So we balanced the persons in the car and put air in our tires. The noise continued... after 2 days a service light came on in the car saying that the car needed an oil change. At this point we contacted the rental location and the told us to contact a hertz in the area and it will be their decision as far as if they're going to exchange or service the vehicle.
When we get to the location to return a vehicle they said that they were closed and that they could not accept a vehicle and that there is a location about 10 minutes away that closes that little time that we can drop off the vehicle. They told us that it was impossible that that we spoke to them because their phones were not working all day. We get to location number to that they sent it to and we were told that the rental department is closed for the day only sells is open so now we're sitting here outside of a hearse with a vehicle that we need to return and nowhere to return it to. Not to mention we are still riding on a spare tire.
We went on this trip to enjoy ourselves and not to service your vehicle for you. On our way down to return the vehicle the tire light came on. We pulled over and the tire was flat. We called Hertz and they informed us that they had contacted a tire shop that would take care of it. I asked the rep on the phone and asked her whether the rental location would charge us she said no and gave us a number to give the manager. We put in the address for the tire shop but the only problem was it was 40 minutes north of where we were at. We immediately filled the tire up with air and headed back north. By the time i got back on I-95 the tire was flat again.
