I've been taking my classic car to Paul and Kathy at Primetune for over two years for several reasons. They are courteous, attentive, fair, and most importantly, excellent at what they do. My 50-year old classic car had a lot of hidden problems when I bought it. But Paul has helped me keep it on the road, addressing both major and minor issues as they arose. I really appreciate the time he takes making sure I understand what needs to be done as well as why. And he's never too busy to dispense a tip or two. I have never felt that I paid more than I should have. I was so impressed with the service on my classic, I've recently taken my modern daily driver cars to Primetune for repairs and service and received the excellent results I expected.
Excellent shop... Paul & Kathy are fantastic and their son is super sweet and just as knowledgeable! I've been taking my car there for a couple years now and have never been disappointed. They have gone above what was necessary to make sure I get my car back quickly as well. I would definitely recommend them! ps... I was just there this morning thinking I had an oil leak, nothing was wrong and they didn't lie to me to try to get me to pay for something that wasn't broken... not many auto shops are that trustworthy. Also, Kathy gives back to the community several times a year and really works hard to give to those in need. Such a wonderful trait and shows the backbone of this family & their business.
