Suggestion to the owners, invest in a few more out door fans, and keep them humming at full speed. Florida humidity is brutal, and you can't really enjoy your drinks if you are sweating.

Great location. Loved the conch fritters and red fish. Nice selection of beers and wine. Attentive staff. Very old Florida vibe. My new favorite hangout.
It seems that, they are drawing in more of a local crowd which will help establish their footprint in the area.
I hope to continue seeing positive improvements and look forward to making this a regular watering hole.
The food quality is 6 on a scale of 1-10. Their beer selection, happy hour and quality of mixed drinks is decent.

This place has actually changed hands 4 times in the last 6-7 years. The current owners are committed to making it work, and I think that if they continue to make slight improvements, they will succeed.
The best conch chowder in South Florida. Grilled octopus is off the charts. Fish dip is outstanding
Definitely a cool neighborhood spot. Great seafood selection and the service is wonderful. Lisa was super! She took care of all our needs. They have lunch specials and good happy hour deals. I recommend coming here if you're looking for a casual and relaxing place to chill. The staff will take good care of you.
